What types of helmets do you sell?
We specialize in premium protective gear for action sports enthusiasts. Our lineup includes:

Are your helmets certified for safety?
Absolutely! All our helmets meet or exceed the safety standards for their respective sports. We only carry gear we’d trust for our own rides and sessions.

Ordering & Account Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you riding ASAP! If you need to make changes, email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): 10-15 day delivery via DHL or FedEx with full tracking
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 day delivery via EMS for orders over $50
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Greensboro, NC headquarters.
How can I track my order?
Once your helmet ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can follow your gear every step of the way until it arrives at your doorstep, ready for action!

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day no-hassle return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely stoked about your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund (minus shipping costs). Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

International Orders

Are there additional fees for international orders?
While we ship globally, some countries may charge customs fees or import duties on protective sports gear. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and aren’t included in your order total. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.
Why don’t you ship to some Asian countries?
Due to complex import regulations and shipping restrictions in certain Asian countries, we’re currently unable to deliver there. We’re working to expand our reach and appreciate your understanding.
