Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Your satisfaction is as important to us as your safety on the ramp.

Important Note on Safety Gear

For your protection, helmets that show any signs of wear, impact, or have been used in action sports activities cannot be returned. This is to ensure no rider ever receives compromised safety equipment.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack It Up – Securely package the item with all original contents (tags, packaging, accessories)
  4. Ship It Back – Send to our warehouse at the address provided in your return approval
  5. Get Processed – Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Recommended Carrier: We suggest using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

Want a different size or style? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Include in your email:

  • The item you’d like to exchange for
  • Your preferred color/size (subject to availability)

We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Helmets showing any signs of use or impact
  • Items not in original condition (missing tags, packaging, or accessories)
  • Personalized/custom orders
