At SafeGuard Helmets Shop, we know you’re eager to hit the ramps, tracks, and streets with your new gear. That’s why we process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Our No-Hassle Returns Policy

We stand behind our gear as firmly as you stand on your board. While we’re confident you’ll love your new helmet, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s our rider-friendly return policy:

Return Basics:

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
  • Original Shipping: Not refundable (unless return is due to our error)

Important Safety Note:

For your protection and the safety of all riders, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Helmets showing any signs of wear, impact, or use in action sports
  • Items not in original condition (missing tags, packaging, or accessories)
  • Personalized/custom orders

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: specify desired item/size/color
  2. Wait for Approval – Our rider support team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack It Up – Securely package the item with all original contents (tags, packaging, accessories)
  4. Ship It Back – Send to our warehouse at:

  5. Get Processed – Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange

Refund Details

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

Need a different size or style? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Just include in your email:

  • The item you’d like to exchange for
  • Your preferred color/size (subject to availability)

We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.
